Existnig Reel change subtitles and voice - 15 seconds
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing English-language reel that runs about 30 seconds. I need it trimmed - through decrease duration of transitions - to a crisp 15-second version for Romanian market (subtitlea and voice)
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Cut the footage down to exactly 15 seconds while preserving the key visuals and energy.
• Replace all on-screen text and spoken sections currently in English with Romanian equivalents. Feel free to start with Google Translate—the wording doesn’t have to be perfect on the first pass; I’ll review and fine-tune the final wording.
• Burn clean Romanian subtitles into the video so they remain legible on mobile feeds.
• Deliver a final MP4 (or similar widely supported format) under 15 MB without noticeable loss of quality.
