English Subtitles for Telugu Comedy

I have a 35-minute Telugu comedy short film and need a complete set of English subtitles, timed and formatted as a clean .srt file. There is no pre-existing transcript, so the dialogue must be transcribed directly from the audio, translated, and then spot-timed. Because much of the humor relies on wordplay and local references, I need culturally equivalent lines that keep the jokes flowing for an English-speaking audience without losing the Telugu flavor.

4. Create a properly time-coded .srt file synced to the master video (24 fps).
5. Deliver a final subtitle file ready to be dropped into any standard video player or NLE.

Acceptance criteria
• Maximum ±0.5 sec in/out timing drift per line
• No missing or truncated dialogue
• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation suitable for broadcast subtitles
• Cultural notes only where absolutely necessary (kept brief in brackets)
