English-Arabic Subtitle Translation

I have a complete SRT file of movie subtitles in English and I need it translated into clear, standard Arabic while keeping every time-code intact. Because the target audience is pan-Arab, please avoid regionalisms; Modern Standard Arabic will do the job perfectly.

Your translation must flow naturally in Arabic, match each line’s character limits, and preserve the original pacing so the file can be dropped straight back into the film without further tweaking.
