Closed Captioning for Animated Film

I'm seeking an expert to create closed captions for my animated children's fantasy film, "Sylvie and the Wogglebug." The film is nearly two hours long and needs to be submitted to Filmhub.

Requirements:
- Transcribe dialogue, singing, ambient sounds, sound effects, and musical scores
- Format captions as Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (SDH)
