Captioning / Subtitles for Video

I'm looking for a motivated freelancer to create captions and subtitles in English for videos that are between 1-5 minutes long.

I want the captions/subtitles to be in blocks of 2-3 words, and well-synced to the audio. Then just send me the .SRT file.

This is quite straightforward to do (e.g. using free software such as CapCut to generate subtitles, then breaking them up into blocks of 2-3 words, then syncing with the audio, and exporting the .SRT file). I'm just short on time to do it myself, so looking for someone who can help.

I do not have any specific scenes or timestamps that need emphasized - just general captioning/subtitling will do.
