Stylized Seraphine Skin Creation

I am looking for a 3D character artist to create a stylized, game-ready female character based on photo references of a Korean K-pop performer.

The model will be used for a private League of Legends custom skin based on Seraphine.

I do not want a photorealistic model. I want a stylized character that feels similar to the League of Legends art style while still retaining the performer’s recognizable facial features, hairstyle, outfit, and overall image.

I already have separate artists who will handle the rigging, League of Legends in-game implementation, VFX, and SFX. Therefore, I only need the following work:

- Full-body 3D character modeling
- Stylized facial likeness based on reference photos
- Hair, outfit, and accessory modeling
- Clean game-ready topology and retopology
- UV unwrapping
- Stylized textures suitable for a League of Legends-style character
- A-pose or T-pose delivery
- FBX file, texture files, and the original Blender or source file

Rigging, animation, VFX, SFX, and in-game implementation are NOT required.

The exact polygon budget, pose, scale, file format, and technical requirements will be confirmed with my rigging artist before production begins.

This is a private project. The completed model must not be publicly distributed, sold, uploaded, or shared without my permission.
