virtual inspection

I am looking for a freelancer to do a virtual inspection of my commercial property with a focus on structural integrity. My preferred format for the inspection report is a written one. The inspector should have experience working with commercial properties and in depth knowledge of structural integrity of an in progress roof installation. I'm expecting the report to provide a thorough overview of the property's current condition and highlight any discrepancies or areas for improvement. I also want the inspector to be able to suggest best practices for maintaining the structural integrity of the roof. The inspection should be thorough, comprehensive, and professional. This job is located in Biloxi Mississippi.
