I’m preparing to break ground on a brand-new residential build here in Texas and need a state-licensed engineer to take full responsibility for the foundation design. I need code-compliant foundation drawings, calculations, and a professional stamp that will satisfy the local building department
Scope
• New-construction single-family residence, 35' x 15' expansive soil. Two story wood frame construction
• Foundation design only with stamped foundation drawings and load calculations, with details in accordance with the current Residential Code in Huntsville TX and any relevant local amendments
• Final sealed PDF set plus one revision cycle after plan-checker comments
