structure engineer Support

looking for a structure engineer to support in the requierment to build an outdoor open space (28X30X h feet). h=Heights is from 12 up to 18 ft in my house . Please see attached picture ( picture is not the exact dimentioins) please feel free to ask any question by email.
This is a simple gaziboo but with a roof made of concreet tile to match the roof tile in my house now.
