structural plans to reinforce deck to support spa/jacuzzi

I am looking to hire a freelancer to provide structural plans to reinforce my existing wood deck to support a medium (4-6 people), heavy-weight spa or Jacuzzi. I am open to all suggestions for design and aesthetics, as I want the reinforcement to both look good and be functional. I am also open to materials other than wood, such as composite and concrete, if that would be a better fit. The freelancer should have experience with such projects, and able to draw up plans and a blue-print for the deck reinforcement.
