2 story garage and shop design needed

I’m looking to build my garage and shop next to my home. I need help with understanding the requirements for beams and structure to ensure I buy the right material. Looking to build it out of wood. In my 2D drawing, I have beams near the front of the garage I would like to remove if possible. The overall dimensions will be 90’x35’. Thanks.
