12x40 shead foundation

12x40 shead I need drawings for a shed on 8x12 16 on center
First most important to me
Currently on cinderblock filled every 8 foot with concrete and rebar that was not inspected or anchored correctly
I would like to finish on the pier and beam maybe set back just enough so I didn’t have to remove what is currently their ( would like to store yard equipment and odds and ends)
Anchored with earth anchors in stead on an or bolts
The drawings I did my self ( loft and Knee wall not in drawings
I just got the permanent last week
