I need to the depth and shorten vertically an existing platform that was built with 16 gauge cold form steel.

I need an experienced structural engineer Freelancer to help me with an existing platform built with 16 gauge cold-form steel. The current height of the platform is 5 feet 9 inches, and I am looking to shorten it to 6 feet. In addition, the platform needs to be extended in depth by 2 feet 8 inches, not shortened.
