I need a structural engineer - seismic anchoring

The city of Summerville, SC has requested that I get an engineers letter or drawing on how to install A beer fermentation tank in a way that will satisfy D2 seismic zone requirements.

I have technical drawings attached, please design for the taller tank

Tank is just over 10’ tall and holds roughly 500gallons

The warehouse that I am leasing has a concrete slab floor

I would like to simply use Simpson or Hilti style anchors if possible

Each tank has 4 feet and each foot has 2 holes for anchoring.
