I need a structural engineer report for Glen Huntly Tennis Club

WE have a few cracks in walls of community tennis clubhouse. We think it's nothing and cracks have been there for decades. Council has said we should get structural engineer to advise if there is any risk. We have limited resources and are borrowing soon to invest in court surface and lights works - so want short, price-sensitive job please.
