I need a structural engineer - kitchen

Looking to excavate a Chimney in the kitchen which will eventually have a cooker inserted along with an extractor hood. The chimney breast has a beam going through it which will need further supporting so will need drawings for builders. Will need the opening of the chimney to be made wider. To note not looking to extract out through the chimney stack.
