I need a structural engineer design a deck over an existing porch roof

I have a porch with roof in front of the house and I want to build a deck over it with railings. There is already a door that opens to the roof of the deck porch but it is sealed from inside because there are no railings on the roof and the roof is rubber roof right now. On the left side when looking from the front, there is a sunroom on the first floor and that also has a rubber roof. So the deck on the top will be L-shaped. The deck has 8 feet span from wall to posts and it’s 34 feet wide. The sunroom is 12 feet long and 6 feet wide. In front of the bay windows, the deck span reduces from 8 feet to 5 feet.

There are eight posts of 4 x 6. Six of them in the front. The drop beam is 4 x 12 - most likely it’s two 2 x 12 double beam but I cannot confirm that due to the fascia. There is soffit under the roof but I was able to check by pushing a scale between the soffit and the beam that there are 2 x 6 rafters 2 feet apart on center. Most of the rafters are double 2 x 6 but some are single.

I need the framing design diagram with license seal of the structural engineer for getting the permit approved from the building department.
