I need a structural engineer to check something picked up in buildings survey

I am buying an old house that has not been maintained and the surveyors noticed some slight movement on the front elevation and a crack to the corner. one surveyor said to repoint and see if crack reappears and keep an eye, the other said I need a engineer to look before purchase
