I need a structural engineer

I'm building a container home with 2 40ft shipping containers, placing them side by side. The county I'm placing the home is requiring engineered drawings to be able to obtain a building permit. It is Duchesne County UT so they have specific snow load requirements, and wind requirements but no seismic requirement.
