I need a structural engineer

I want to open up a side entrance door that would be used as a door to basement from outside. After removing the drywall, it was found that load bearing studs are present at a location where door needs to cut. (see pictures).
I am really worried about the consequences of cutting these wide studs since the whole 2 floor load could be on them. What precautions can i take to ensure stability of the house?
