Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Require Structural Engineer certificate. We are located at Carrara Gold Coast.
All work has been completed. We have received a show cause notice from GC Council. We have had a survey of the property completed and we have engaged a Building Certifier.
Work includes a Timber Deck over 10 square meters and Patio roof.
Timber deck is on ground level.

Plans have been stamped and endorsed by GC Council
Works have been surveyed.
