I need a structural Enginner for design services
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
Structural Design SOW for Fort Monmouth Riverwalk Project BLDG’s 700, 800, and 850
SCOPE OF WORK – STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING. Structural Engineering professional services shall include, but not be limited to performing investigation and evaluation studies, site specific building studies and site layout, structural building design, structural calculations including foundation, gravity and lateral analysis, cost estimating, specifications, reports, permit assistance, and construction support; and ensuring that these items meet applicable standards & codes.
Initial Notes:
Architectural design firm is selected, and progress drawings are in hand. From progress DWG’s structural design is 70% complete and will need to be picked up from where previous design firm left off. Notes regarding pre-requisites for buildings designs are located on progress DWG’s. Proposals are needed by 5pm Monday to be noted for consideration. Estimated budgetary numbers for the structural design is $30,000 for the design of all (3) locations.
• Prepare design for structural layout of BLDG’s.
• Firm up the space requirements and layout.
• Indicate approximate rooftop curbs based on preliminary RTU sizing listed on progress DWG.
• Estimation of Budgetary cost based on the approved concept design.
