I need a licensed architect or licensed structural engineer

Perform structural inspections of exterior stairways and balconies. Write a report on each element.

During inspection:
Identify dry rot, water damage, corrosion, structurally compromised elements. Identify indications of pest infestation (not a full pest inspection). Identify indications of mold.

In the report:
Describe the current physical condition of the load-bearing components and associated waterproofing system. Describe the expected future performance and useful life of the load-bearing components and associated waterproofing system. Provide recommendations for any necessary repair or replacement. Stamp report with your Licensed Structural Engineer's stamp or Licensed Architect's stamp.
