i need assistance with getting a permit for my balcony add-on

I need to complete a few steps to get my permit approved. Live loads/dead load calculations, and details for connections between major framing members between residence and balcony. I just need someone to help with the IRC details. It shouldn't be too hard for someone with the knowledge. I just don't have time to sit and figure out all the details. Please HELP!!!
