I need a Structural Engineer urgently

Hi there,

My partner and I have purchased a house are in the process of sending off our contracts. The seller of the house has put us under huge pressure to send the contracts however the attic conversion space needs to have a cert of compliance to show it has been completed to building regulations.

I would really appreciate if someone could complete an inspection of the attic and make sure everything is ok.

We have been given 48 hours to get this cert or we lose the house.
