I need a Phoenix licensed structural engineer -- 2

I am increasing the height of existing 8" Block exterior wall from 6 ft to 8 ft max for 60 ft on 64th St side of my property.

I have a plot plan drawing required by the city of Phoenix; however, I need structural engineering specifications for the block (rebar, etc) added to the drawing.
