My daughter is buying a self build plot on Green Oaks (Laindon) and will need a foundation to be designed. It is plot 4.
My foundation contractor thinks we can use a strip foundation.
The plot is on sloping ground and was formerly wooded.
Trees in the picture are whitebeam and most will be removed.
There is an oak on an adjacent plot which will be removed.
Attached is a soil report and a picture of the plot.
