cut part of a load bearing wall

I'm looking for a qualified professional who can skillfully cut part of a load-bearing wall in my home. The main intent of this project is to create an open floor plan that adds spaciousness and fluidity between rooms. we are open to start the project when we find the right team without compromising on quality and safety.
The selected freelancer should have proven experience in similar projects, preferably with portfolio examples to show, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of local building codes and architectural integrity.

Attached is the building plan. The wall that I am considering to cut is the wall between the kitchen and the formal dining room. I am considering to cut about 5 Ft of the wall from the pantry till where the wall oven ends ( we will have to move the wall oven to a different spot)
