hurricane ida hit in sept 3-5 tearing roof paper during construction and made a survey on sept 14 2021...
Likely fake complaint and NYC DOB trespassed onto property by breaking locked gate to gain entry.to unsuspecting buyer leaving illegal fence and on my property in part.
Neighbor likely enabler since he sold his building in past few days .
The survey has wrong measurements as compared to prior attempt using a woodside structure which was switched to my cottage property being renovated for living post hurricane ida until other residence is repaired.
Pre code structures built in 1920's and both residential . cottage built first where the owner lived while he built the larger residence. How history repeats itself.
Property floods in heavy rain from sewer , street and yard runoff and wind damage from opening several lots away...
maybe a future case for damages against city and state for 60 plus years of damage due to construction of the LIE that cut off natural drainage down 300 feet to newtown creek.
The cottage is being restored for living with solar roof and r 40 insulation.
20 by 40 structure 2 story 16 feet high.
First court date tomorrow...
