Wraparound Deck -- 2

I am looking for someone to walk on and under my deck and tell me if it needs any repair or if it is fine as it is except for needing to be painted. I do not have any drawings nor do i want any. i prefer someone who does not also repair decks. i live in Washington State, USA.
