Validate and Stamp House Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
For this project, I am looking for a seasoned structural engineer to validate and stamp the design of my single-story house located in Perdido Key, FL.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
- Reviewing the existing house plan
- Performing necessary checks and tests on the design
- Rectifying any potential issues
- Providing a final stamp of approval for construction
If you have extensive experience with residential projects of similar nature and are familiar with local building codes and standards, your expertise will be highly valuable. It's a single-story house, ergo familiarity with such designs will be beneficial. Please provide examples of similar work done.
