PA UCC Apartment Plan Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m converting a third-floor commercial space into a single apartment and already have the full drawing set in PDF/CAD. Before I file the UCC permit package, I need a Pennsylvania-licensed Professional Engineer to review the plans, make any code-driven edits, and then seal the final set.
Scope of the review
• Structural elements, electrical systems, plumbing systems and the HVAC layout
• Current Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code with special attention to building safety and accessibility requirements
What I need from you
• Red-lined mark-ups or direct edits showing every change needed for compliance
• A clean, digitally signed and sealed plan set ready for immediate submission
• A brief compliance memo citing the key code sections addressed, in case the AHJ requests clarification
The goal is straightforward: drawings that pass the first round of municipal review without additional PE comments. I’m available to answer questions quickly and will forward any feedback from the township so you can issue addenda if required.
