Traditional open well RCC Staircase with waist slab design

Job ID: 40260095

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am constructing a residential G+2 house for which I need a simple rcc staircase design that can be used by the civil contractor. Here are the details:

1. Total floors = G+2
2. Floor Top to Floor Top height = 11' 4.5'' = 136.5''
3. Riser = 6.5'' Tread = 10''
4. Total Steps 21 = 6.5*21 = 136.5''
5. Slab thickness = 4''
6. GF Top to FF Bottom height = 132.5 = 11' 0.5''
7. The exact floor area available to construct the stair case will be 12'4' x 9'3''. (See attached images for staircase layout).
8. The central part 70''x72''is left open for lift purpose in future.
9. Waist slab will be cast first. Then steps will be constructed on the slab using AAC blocks or red bricks.

The above details are what I have come up with. I am open to suggestion. Feel free to ask for more info.

This is a residential house so I don't want the structure to be very heavy. Just regular design without too much complexity. Also consider what is normally done (not necessarily what IS code requires).

Please supply -
• dimensioned plan, section and elevation drawings showing rise, tread, landing lengths and headroom
• bar-bending schedule and reinforcement details suitable for Indian codes
• 3D view or rendered perspective so the family can visualise the final look
• files in both PDF (for print) and DWG (for site use)
