Texas PE Stamped Drawing Revisions THIS WEEK
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This task needs to be completed by this Friday evening!!!
I already hold county-approved construction drawings, but field conditions now require both structural and plumbing updates. Some items will be brand-new components, others simply modify what is on the page. I need a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer to take the existing CAD set, apply the requested changes, and return fully stamped engineering sheets that can clear my county AHJ without issue.
You will receive screenshots of the current approved DWGs, along with marked-up documents for required changes. From there, please:
• Revise the engineering drawings to reflect every structural and plumbing change.
• Provide any supporting calculations you feel the reviewer might request.
• Affix your Texas PE seal and signature to each affected sheet.
• Respond to AHJ comments and issue further revisions until the plans are formally accepted.
I am happy to answer questions quickly and can supply field photos and/or contractor sketches as needed. AutoCAD is preferred for the newly stamped files, but I will work with your platform of choice so long as the final PDFs match county submission standards.
The job wraps when the AHJ grants written approval on the revised, stamped set.
