Texas PE Stamp for Framing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer to review and seal the structural framing plans for a residential building. The architectural drawings are complete; what’s missing is a PE-stamped structural set that satisfies Texas building code and local permitting requirements.
Scope
– Verify the framing layout, member sizes, connections, and lateral load path.
– Provide any required structural calculations and notes.
– Deliver a signed, dated Texas PE stamp on the final PDF drawings, plus a brief calculation package that can be submitted to the permit office.
I will supply the current architectural and preliminary structural PDFs in AutoCAD and PDF formats. If you spot items that need adjustment, mark them up and return revised sheets before stamping; I’ll incorporate your feedback quickly.
Preferred turnaround is one week, but let me know if you need slightly longer. Experience with Texas residential codes and online plan portals is a plus.
