Texas Residential Plans Engineer Stamp
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have completed structural drawings for a residential build in Texas and now need a licensed Texas Professional Engineer to review and seal them. The set includes the foundation, framing, and roofing sheets, so your stamp must cover the full structural scope.
All calculations and preliminary checks on my end are done; what I need from you is a professional review, any minor red-line corrections you deem necessary, and a digital (or wet) seal that every Texas permitting office will accept. I’ll forward the plans in both PDF and DWG as soon as we agree to proceed, and I’ll be available for quick clarifications throughout the process.
Because the permit package must be submitted within the month, I’m aiming for a turnaround of two to three weeks, leaving us a short buffer for any city comments.
Deliverables
• Signed and sealed PDF plan set (foundation, framing, roofing)
• Brief compliance letter or cover sheet referencing Texas Board of Professional Engineers rules
• Any mark-ups returned in a separate layer or color for transparency
