Tennessee PE Stamped Residential Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I already have a complete, fully detailed set of residential plans in PDF format. What I now need is a Tennessee-licensed Professional Engineer to take those drawings, perform the required structural analysis, verify the electrical layout, review the plumbing design, and place a PE stamp on the final sheets so they meet all state and local permitting requirements.
The drawings themselves are finished, so the task is strictly review, any minor red-line corrections that Tennessee code may require, and then issuing digitally signed and sealed sheets (PDF) ready for upload to the permitting portal. A brief written summary of any changes you make will help me track revisions, and if the jurisdiction requests further clarifications I would appreciate a prompt response to close the loop.
