Tennessee PE Stamp for Outdoor Renovation

Job ID: 39846180

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a complete set of drawings for a new residential pool and spa, patio extension, spiral-stair replacement, fire-pit area, and the necessary retaining walls with grading and drainage already laid out to Brentwood code. What remains is the professional engineering review and PE stamp from a Tennessee-licensed engineer so the package sails through city review.

The plans already incorporate guardrail heights, barrier fencing, timer-controlled lighting, and other safety features, along with preliminary impervious-surface calculations and utility tie-ins. I need your seal on all of these elements after you have verified:

• Safety and general code compliance for every feature,
• Accuracy of the impervious-surface calculations the city requires, and
• Proper utility coordination for water, gas, and electrical runs.

Most materials and finishes are nailed down, but the pool and spa, patio surface, and fire-pit cladding are only partially specified; if you spot a better option that still meets Brentwood’s standards, I’m happy to adjust.

Deliverables I expect
1. Signed and sealed plan set (PDF + ready-to-print sheets) covering civil, structural, and MEP notes as needed.
2. A concise calculation and compliance letter summarizing safety checks, drainage capacity, and impervious-surface ratios.
3. Any redlines or mark-ups reflecting revisions so our drafts match your final stamped sheets.

AutoCAD files will be provided in .pdf formats the moment we agree to proceed. A quick turnaround is ideal because the city’s next intake window is approaching, but quality and adherence to Tennessee PE standards come first.
