Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a complete set of residential construction drawings that now require a Tennessee-licensed Professional Engineer’s review and seal before submission to the building department. Both the structural sheets and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) sheets need your professional evaluation for code compliance and permit readiness. Total 5 pdf files, Budget is $150 Maximum if that works for you let me know
Here’s the flow I’m aiming for: once you receive the PDF and native CAD files, you’ll verify all loads, connections, and details against current Tennessee codes, note any corrections, and then return a final set bearing your official stamp and signature.
Deliverables (all digital):
• Red-lined PDF highlighting any required revisions
• Final signed and sealed structural drawings (PDF + DWG)
• Final signed and sealed MEP drawings (PDF + DWG)
• Brief confirmation letter stating the drawings have been reviewed and found compliant
