33m TIA-222 Tower Design
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I need a complete structural design package for a 33-metre self-supporting telecommunication tower that will be installed in Sri Lanka. The tower must comply with the current TIA-222-H standard (TIA-222-I is acceptable if you prefer) and the analysis should be performed in MSTower; RISA Tower, STAAD.Pro, or similarly recognised software are fine as long as the output clearly demonstrates full code compliance.
The tower will carry a mixed load comprising antenna systems, microwave dishes, and emergency communication devices. A detailed schedule of each piece of equipment and its mounting elevation will follow right after kickoff so you can fine-tune the load cases in the model.
Turnaround is urgent—ideally the entire package within two weeks from award—so please plan your workflow accordingly.
Deliverables
• Calculation report showing all input, load combinations, deflection and stress checks under TIA-222-H/I, exported directly from MSTower (or equivalent).
• General arrangement, member schedules, and connection details in both PDF and editable DWG/DXF.
• Foundation design with soil pressure verification (assume 200 kPa allowable bearing until the geotech report is supplied).
• Bill of materials listing member sizes, grades, bolts, and coatings.
• One-page design summary outlining the key assumptions, governing load cases, and utilisation ratios.
I can respond to questions daily and will supply any missing site or equipment data immediately so the model converges without delays. If you have completed similar telecom towers before, attaching a sample drawing set or calc pack will help me award the project right away.
