Survey structure on our property

We are looking for an experienced and qualified structural engineer to survey our property. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the open air pavilion structure on the grounds. From the survey, our goal is to determine if the structure meets with current safety standards and make any necessary improvements. Ideally, the survey should be completed as soon as possible, however, we are open to discussing further about preferences and requirements with the freelancer. This open air pavilion was built back in 2015 but we did not follow through with the completion process. The reason for asking an engineer to come out is once a report is written I can then forward it to the county building infrastructure department and hopefully we will be able to obtain a certificate of occupancy.
