Structural roof inspection
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need to get a structural report for a colorbond roof that was installed more than 5 years ago.
The job was done in 2016 when the roof was changed from old terracotta tiles to Colorbond.
The contractor who did the Job failed to get a building permit or take out insurance and as we are about to sell we will need to get our own Owner Builder Insurance.
The house is located at 5 Blenheim Ave, Mont Albert.
The house is a Californian bungalow.
