Structural engineer with PE to review and stamp drawings for steel building

I have a comple set of drawings and calculations to a 3000sf steel building to be built in Maui. The building is being manufactured in China and the manufacturer has supplied acad drawings which i have incorprated into our site plan. County of Maui requires drawings stamped by a PE registered in Hawaii for their building permit.
