Structural engineer's survey to identify subsidence in a residential property I am buying

I have put in an offer for a 2 bed terraced house in the NR3 area and my offer has been accepted, stc. Unfortunately a recent environmental search has come back showing subsidence in the area. The seller tells me that subsidence was identified approx. 3 years ago, in the back of the home, and next door, and she has had extensive remedial work done.

I would like a structural engineer to carry out an in depth structural survey to identify if there is any subsidence, if the remedial works have been effective and what is the likelihood of the subsidence returning.

When I viewed the property, I did notice that the back door and the curtain rail above the back door were slanted.

Please could I have quote for an in-depth building / structural survey carried out by a structural engineer.
