Structural engineer needed for structure design and development plan for a large art sculpture

The sculpture is 50ftLx25ftWx30ftH. It will be placed outdoor in Black Rock City Desert, Nevada. It is made of parallel acrylic panels (see attachment). The sculpture is still in approval process and I am making the final proposal. I do have a deadline by Jan 19th. For this proposal, I need your expertise on 1) high-level structural design strategy including safety, weather, and human force considerations. no renderings needed, sketches based on the current renderings are fine. 2) Installation/deinstallation plan in written format. 3) materials and building cost, I have an excel template for this. 4) Timeline, I have a template for this too. 5) Roles needed to build the sculpture, as a list.
