Structural engineer insurance claim estimate

Contractor damages (lender provided me a list of required repairs at my closing) to my residential single family home's foundation, interior walls, floors, ceilings, floor Joyce's, roof inside and out . My home is pushing appart from the center. I have so much more details I can provide. Contractor's insurance wants an estimate. They haven't been helpful and the adjuster assigned to my claim refused to inspect damages. Looking for an exspierienced engineer and/or contractor for this kind of situation. Im a single income family with an 8yr old. I just purchased my first home the end of last year.
