Structural engineer for earth sheltered home.

Hello,
I am building a "non traditional" home and need assistance with the structural particulars.
My intent is to build an "earth sheltered" home using a factory made quonset building backfilled using light weight geofill foam. I will top that with "green roof" panels that will add 7.5 lb/sf load. Building footprint will be 24'x60'.
My building location does not require any engineering, permitting or inspections. BUT.... I want to have some confidence that the roof is not going to fall on my head.....
