Structural engineer

Pre-purchase structural survey required. We had a level 3 building survey on a house we plan to purchase which threw up a number of problems at the front left of the house.
They suggested we first survey the drains for evidence of leaks into the subsoil, but the drainage survey came back inconclusive.
There are a number of problems which we would like a structural engineer to look into: At the front left of the house there is minor cracking in brickwork, sloping windowsills, sloping hung tile finish at the front of the house, and the settlement in brickwork below window. We also noticed in some of the pictures a wet patch which could be caused by subsoil or guttering. If the former, this might be linked to the issues above.
Given the collection of all these issues, we would like to get this checked by a specialist structural engineer before purchasing the property.
