Structural design, analyzes and produce manufacturing drawings

I need to make an elevated office platform approx. 10x10 meters inside my warehouse. See attached pictures.
Firstly, I need help to detail-design (3D), analyze (stress and deflection) and produce manufacturing drawings of all individual parts for the steel platform including a staircase with rail leading 4 meters up to it. When designing it, you must keep in mind how walls, toilets etc are placed if it is critical.
The platform will be covered with corrugated (100mm height) 0.4mm sheet metal, and on top of that will 15-20mm 2440x1220mm floorboards be placed in an array at 4x8 = 96sqm... (we may extent is to 4.5x8= 107sqm)
We can use the warehouse's own pillars (200x100 I-beams) for support if possible. I would like to have a "leg-free" platform, but the height of the trusses will be too high I think. I did some FEA tests and they had to be 700+mm for a 10 meter span. and only 300 for a 5 meters span with 2 legs (see picture). But anyway, I'm open to creative ideas like hanging the platform from trusses above etc. But this is a budget build so 1-2 legs may save us a lot of money.
(Option if you are proficient enough) Second step is to make a 3D model and drawings with walls, roof, doors, toilet seats, washing sinks etc. Adding basic furniture and fittings and some people to get an idea of its size.
The build is on a low budget, it is good if we don't waste material if not needed. The trusses in one of my rough models weigh only 100.5kg each x8 = 800Kg, while the most heavy rectangulat tube ir I-beam are beteeen 2500-3200Kg
I made my rough design in SolidWorks, but it is not suitable for this type of work, so feel free to use any software as long it can export 3D models to SolidWorks (iges, STEP, etc etc)
Let me know what you charge me for structural design, analyzes and produce manufacturing drawings. And also for the interior design with drawings with walls, inner roof, doors, toilet seats, washing sinks (piping), furniture etc will cost. Keep in mind i'm on a tight budget :-)
