Looking for a Structural Engineer for Residential Renovation Plans
We need a structural engineer to prepare plans for a residential renovation that includes multiple additions. The scope of work will require:
Wood Framing Plans
Wood Shear Wall Plans
Foundation Plans
Flat Roof Plan with Drainage
Masonry Plan with Retaining Walls
All plans must meet the requirements for submission to the city for approval. The freelancer should have a solid understanding of the details and standards required for projects in the United States, preferably Arizona.
We have updated AutoCAD files and 3D plans available. The renovation will add approximately 2,000 sq. ft. to the existing home across five sections.
